CEUREG Forum XXII will be held in AGES Conference Centre, Spargelfeldstraße 191, A-1220 Vienna, Austria (www.ages.at).
Meeting will start on the 29th October 2018 in the morning. For this reason the proposed arrival is on the 28th October 2016 in the evening.

Please note that accommodation (and travelling) expenses are not covered by the organizer.

There was arranged by the organizers so called „block reservation“ of „Classic“ single/double rooms for two nights from 28th to 30th of October 2018.

The price (including breakfast) is:
– 90,- EUR per person for one night in single room
– 106,- EUR for 2 persons for one night in one room

Because of the special situation in Vienna in the second half-year 2018 (EU-presidency), the hotels are not willing to reserve long lasting contingents.
When booking your room PLEASE NOTE THE VERY STRICT HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES:
(due to the general lack of hotel capacities during the EU-presidency in Vienna):
A free cancellation is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival. Later cancellations and/or no-show will be charged with 100% of the total booking amount.

If participants want to stay longer, they have to send a mail to the hotel afterwards and to ask for availability. The hotel is prepared, that there will be a lot of such requests, and the rule „first came – first served“ will be applied.

The „block reservation“ for 28th to 30th of October 2018 is available till Friday 28th September 2018, but in summer there will be only little chances for longer accomodation if necessary.
Therefor they would recommend that the participants make their reservations as early as possible, but until Friday 28th September 2018 at the latest !!!.

If you wish to book more luxury rooms, you can, but for a normal price.

LUNCHES, DINNER and REFRESHMENTS

During the Forum there will be served – free of charge for registered delegates from national PPPs regulation authorities and invited speakers as usually:

• two lunches (on the 29th and 30th October 2018)
• one official dinner (on the 29th October 2018)
• four coffee breaks refreshments

FORUM FEE:

Delegates from national PPPs regulatory authorities and invited speakers do not pay a Forum fee.
Representatives of nominated pesticides industry associations (ECPA, ECCA and crop protection associations from the Visegrad Group countries and Austria) will be charged a Forum fee 150,- EUR per person directly by AGES-Akademie for the purpose of covering all expenses of their participation.
The Forum fee does not cover your accommodation expenses (provided in the form of bed and breakfast in this case) and your travel costs of course.
