FEES:

There is no Forum Registration Fee for the participants from national authorities and invited speakers. For them there will be served 2 lunches (on the 14th and 15th October 2013) and one dinner (on the 14th October 2013) free of charge.

Please note that travelling and accommodation expenses are not covered by the organizer.

ACCOMMODATION

As the CEUREG Forum XVII. Meeting will start on the 14th October 2013 in the morning, the proposed arrival is on the 13th October 2013 in the evening.

There were arranged special accommodation prices for any CEUREG participants of single/double rooms by the organizers in the Hotel Aquincum, the venue of CEUREG Forum XVII. Meeting, for 13th and 14th October 2013 nights::

Single room      68 €

Double room     78 €

Hotel booking will be arranged by NÉBIH, based on your registration.

Prices of the rooms are after the price reduction, but only for the single or double rooms for 13th and 14th October 2013. If you wish to book more luxury rooms, or you want to stay longer, you can, but for a normal hotel price.
