There is none Forum Fee.

Please note that the travelling and accommodation expenses are not covered by the organizer.

There will be served 2 lunches (on the 15th and 16th October 2012) and one dinner (on the 15th October 2012) free of charge for participants with accepted registration.

ACCOMMODATION

You can book your rooms in the Hotel Etap Wien Messe until 16.9.2012, when the block room reservation for CEUREG Forum XVI. registered participants expires.

There was arranged so called „CEUREG Meeting” block reservation of single/double rooms by the organizers in the Hotel Etap Wien Messe, Lassallestrasse 7, 1020 Vienna, AUSTRIA.

Prices of accommodation (breakfast is not included, city tax is included, free Wi-Fi in the rooms) are:

- Double room („STANDARD“ room, for one person) 49,- EUR

- Double room („STANDARD“ room for two persons) 60,- EUR

- all-you-can-eat Buffet breakfast (optional) 6,- EUR
